Fine drink tastes even better in a luxurious piece of drinkware. This handy-sized crystal glass (170 ml) really lets the optical effect of the cross-etching and straight lines stand out. It was created 90 years ago by one of the most successful Moser designers, Rudolf Eschler. The impressive design of the glass made of lead-free Czech crystal will stand out in shades of beryl, eldor, rosaline, alexandrite, aquamarine or topaz, or in complementary colours of oceanite and smoke.

    Rudolf Eschler

In the 1930s, Rudolf Eschler was one of the most successful Moser designers. His work formed a significant part of several world expositions in Chicago, Bruxelles and Paris. The timelessness of Eschler’s work is also shown by the fact that, in addition to the Bar collection, his Culbuto line is also still in production. His perfume and liquor sets, recognisable by their strictly square shapes, are also highly prized by collectors and in auctions.

Optical play on clear or coloured crystal

In the Bar collection, Rudolf Esschler used a unique Moser method: the crystal glass is formed with abrupt force, followed by a meticulous edge cut. The illusion of melting ice cubes in the clear cut glass, created by the lines, is complemented by the use of typical Moser colours (beryl, eldor, rosaline, alexandrite, aquamarine, topaz) and oceanite and smoke colour shades. In 2019, two glass sizes in underlaid colours were added. For the most demanding customers and for exceptional occasions, the collection can be adorned with custom platinum or gold décor.

    •  Hand-blown from environmentally friendly lead-free crystal
    •   Hand-cut and polished to a high gloss
