Visiting the Moser glassworks
CHRISTMAS OPENING HOURS OF THE GLASSWORKS
Dear customers,
during the Christmas holiday period from December 20, 2025 to January 4, 2026, guided tours of the glassworks will not be available.
The museum, café, and Dvory sales gallery will be open as follows:

A journey to the magic of crystal
In the place where Moser crystal is created, you will experience the true atmosphere of hand-crafted glass, smell the burnt wooden moulds and breathe almost 170 years of history. You can visit the glassworks, sales gallery or museum, where we present the story of the glassworks from the oldest work to the current collections.
glassworks tour
You will be introduced to the creative handicrafts of the master glassmakers. You will see how they transform the hot mass of glass drawn from a hot furnace into a work of art, how they blow and shape glass in wooden moulds. The tour also includes a visit to the Moser Museum.
Opening hours: Mon – Sat 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. Booking in advance is required.
Language: Czech, English, after prior arrangement also German
Tour groups: maximum of 10 people
Admission: 350 CZK / person
Family admission: 750 CZK (2 adults and 2-3 children aged 3 to 12 years)

VIP tour of the glassworks
You will look behind the scenes of the glassworks and the secrets of the crystal glass creation. You will get to know the glassworks, visit the cutting, mould-making and engraving workshop. Seeing the whole process of glass creation up close is a unique experience that a standard tour does not offer.
Opening hours: Mon – Fri 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. Booking in advance is required.
Language: Czech, English, after prior arrangement also German
Tour groups: maximum of 5 people
Admission: 1 700 CZK / person

creative tour
You will look behind the scenes of the glassworks and the secrets of the crystal glass creation. You will get to know the glassworks, visit the cutting, mould-making and engraving workshop. Seeing the whole process of glass creation up close is a unique experience that a standard tour does not offer. Furthermore you will try the engraving craft by yourself. The original motif engraved by your hand on the Moser crystal glass will be given to you as a memory of your unique experience.

Gold tour
See behind the scenes of the glass factory and the secrets of creating crystal glass. You will get to see the glassworks, the heart of every glass manufacture, and visit the cutting and mould-making workshop. In addition, you will try out 2 decorating techniques yourself – first you sandblast the chosen motif on the glass and then you decorate it with 24 carat gold yourself. The glass is then fired and shipped to your home within 3 working days. In addition to the memories, you will also have an original hand-decorated glass.

the Moser museum
Discover more than 160 years of history at the glassworks, from the oldest pieces created to contemporary collections, as well as well-known owners of luxurious Moser crystal. If you are interested, you can also use an audio guide, allowing you to take the tour at your own pace.

A modern Café Moser in the surroundings of our Visitor Centre offers a delightful relax with a view of Ludwig Moser Square.
