Discover more than 160 years of history at the glassworks, from the oldest pieces created to contemporary collections, as well as well-known owners of luxurious Moser crystal. During the tour you will see an engaging film that shows you the beauty and uniqueness of the art of glassmaking. If you are interested, you can also use an audio guide, allowing to take the tour at your own pace.

VIP tour

VIP tour

Take a deeper look into the backstage of glassworks and secrets of production of unique Moser crystal. Discover the place with handmade wooden moulds, glassworks and glass cutters, painters and engravers. You would not see that on an ordinary tour.


The VIP tour lasts approximately 90 minutes and  it is only possible on weekdays from 9 am to 1 pm. The maximum number of people in a group is 5, the minimum number is 2. Advance reservation is a must.

Glassworks

Experience the authentic atmosphere of artistic work by hand, as presented by the master glassmakers at the Moser Glassworks. See how they transform a glowing mass of glass, taken from a furnace at a temperature of 1300 °C, into the shape they desire, how they blow the glass and shape it in wooden moulds. The visit of the Glassworks is possible only with the excursion of the Moser museum.

Visit the largest Moser shopping gallery in Karlovy Vary, with its wide selection of drinking and decorative Moser crystal. Our sales team will be happy to advise you on your choice of products from our wide assortment and , if you wish, can arrange a monogram, inscription or company logo to be engraved or sand-blasted on Moser products.

Café Moser

Café Moser

The modern Café Moser is a delightful place to relax with a good cup of coffee and a homemade pastry in the surroundings of our Visitor Centre, or on our summer terrace, which offers a view of Ludwig Moser Square.

  • Tours begin every thirty minutes, with the first tour starting at 11:00 am and the last tour at 2:00 pm.
  • Group tours for 5 and more persons must be booked in advance.
