Discover more than 160 years of history at the glassworks, from the oldest pieces created to contemporary collections, as well as well-known owners of luxurious Moser crystal. During the tour you will see an engaging film that shows you the beauty and uniqueness of the art of glassmaking. If you are interested, you can also use an audio guide, allowing to take the tour at your own pace.

Take a deeper look into the backstage of glassworks and secrets of production of unique Moser crystal. Discover the place with handmade wooden moulds, glassworks and glass cutters, painters and engravers. You would not see that on an ordinary tour.
The VIP tour lasts approximately 90 minutes and it is only possible on weekdays from 9 am to 1 pm. The maximum number of people in a group is 15, the minimum number is 2. Advance reservation is a must.
Experience the authentic atmosphere of artistic work by hand, as presented by the master glassmakers at the Moser Glassworks. See how they transform a glowing mass of glass, taken from a furnace at a temperature of 1300 °C, into the shape they desire, how they blow the glass and shape it in wooden moulds.
1.1., 19.4., 22.4., 1.5., 8.5., 28.6., 5.7., 6.7., 12.7. – 28.7., 28.9., 28.10., 17.11., 22.12. – 31.12. tours of the glassworks are not available. N.B.: The last tour is at 1 pm in the case of extremely hot weather.
Currently, due to security and organizational reasons, tours of the glassworks and the capacity of visitors were limited to a maximum of 25 persons per group. Newly, we do not go through the whole glassworks, but it is possible to watch the glassmakers while working at one furnace.
Visit the largest Moser shopping gallery in Karlovy Vary, with its wide selection of drinking and decorative Moser crystal. Our sales team will be happy to advise you on your choice of products from our wide assortment and , if you wish, can arrange a monogram, inscription or company logo to be engraved or sand-blasted on Moser products.

The modern Café Moser is a delightful place to relax with a good cup of coffee and a homemade pastry in the surroundings of our Visitor Centre, or on our summer terrace, which offers a view of Ludwig Moser Square. The Café is open every day from 9 am to 6 pm.
