hand cut vase

  • a unique exhibit with thoughtful, striking design and impressive grindings
  • both its shape and cutting draw inspiration from a rose blossom
  • here is what the author says about its creation: "Flower rose as if accompanied and inspired us for decades exchanged in many different art styles and renditions. Fine lines formed by rough track wheels give a clear note of the intention to communicate to the viewer that everything is possible. The execution of cutting resulted from the unparallel Art Deco style that has not yet said enough. It prepares us for another distinctive enjoyment when watching optical effects through sliced cut edges."

The secrets of work by hand

Crystal with tradition from 1857

Each and every Moser art piece requires hours, days, weeks and often months of hand processing in the hands of our master glassmakers. The secrets of glassmaking are traditionally passed down from generation to generation. Becoming a master glassmaker requires years of practice, a great deal of talent and considerable strength: – the glassmaker must hold vases or bowls weighing tens of kilograms while they work.
