Philip Willman & Tracy Zuckett Recognized by the Missouri Organization of Defense Lawyers

Moser & Marsalek, P.C. congratulates Philip Willman on his receipt of the Board Service Award presented by the Missouri Organization of Defense Lawyers for his years of service on the Board of Directors. The firm is also pleased to announce the election of Tracy Zuckett to the Board of Directors of the Missouri Organization of Defense Lawyers for a two-year term.

The Missouri Organization of Defense Lawyers is for Missouri lawyers who devote a substantial amount of time to the representation of defendants and potential defendants in civil litigation either as trial lawyers or as lawyers otherwise directly involved with the defense of civil litigation. The Organization's purpose is to provide an avenue for defense lawyers to exchange information, ideas and techniques, with the ultimate goal of raising the standards of trial practice, improving the administration of justice through our civil adversary system of jurisprudence, and increasing the quality and quantity of the service and contribution rendered to the community by the legal profession.
