Tracy Zuckett recently spoke at the Anatomy and Physiology 101 for Attorneys seminar sponsored by National Business Institute. Ms.Zuckett presented on Patient Confidentiality Under Federal and State Law. Ms. Zuckett along with Rachel Roman of The Simon Law Firm in St. Louis also made a joint presentation titled Medical Terminology and Documentation, which covered collecting, organizing, understanding and summarizing medical records, including labs, radiology and other diagnostic testing.
Ms. Zuckett is a principal in the firm's Medical Liability & Health Care Law Litigation group and provides professional liability defense and risk management services primarily for medical professionals, as well as other industries.
