Pete Spataro made a presentation to graduate and post-graduate students at Washington University's School of Business. The class, which studies the business of medicine, involved a presentation on the defense of medical malpractice lawsuits and how such litigation affects health care professionals both personally and in their practices.
Mr. Spataro is a principal in the Firm's Medical Liability & Health Care Litigation group and provides professional liability defense and risk management services primarily for medical professionals, as well as other industries.
