Pete Spataro presented at The Simon Law Firm annual legal practice seminar. This is a seminar for practicing litigators. All proceeds from the seminar are donated to the Legal Services of Eastern Missouri. Pete conducted a mock trial cross-examination of a plaintiff's emergency medicine expert witness in a medical negligence case. The demonstration, with plaintiff's attorney David Zevan, was designed to highlight evidentiary issues confronted with expert witness testimony.
Mr. Spataro is a principal in the Firm's Medical Liability & Health Care Law Litigation group and provides professional liability defense and risk management services primarily for medical professionals, as well as other industries.
