Wednesday, December 17, 2008 - The law firm of Moser and Marsalek, P.C. elected Timothy R. Muehleisen as a Principal, effective January 1, 2009.
Timothy R. Muehleisen, an attorney with Moser & Marsalek, P.C. since 2002, devotes his practice to civil litigation including, but not limited to, construction disputes, toxic torts, products liability, labor disputes, premises liability actions and automobile accidents.
Mr. Muehleisen is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association, American Bar Association, Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis, Missouri Organization of Defense Lawyers, Association of Trial Lawyers of America and is a Certified Player Representative/Agent for the National Football League. Mr. Muehleisen is licensed to practice in both Missouri and Illinois.
Mr. Muehleisen holds a bachelor's degree from University of Missouri at Columbia. He received a Juris Doctoris from University of Missouri at Kansas City.
