September 1, 2011 - The law firm of Moser & Marsalek, P.C. is pleased to welcome three new associates to its Medical & Health Care Litigation practice group. Timothy F. McCurdy, who was most recently in private solo practice, and Andrew S. Eastman and Morgan C. Murphy, both recent law school graduates, will concentrate their practices in defending against claims of medical professional liability, long term care, and drug and medical device claims.
