Philip Willman and Angela Pozzo co-authored an article entitled Defending Negligent Credentialing Cases featured in the July issue of the For The Defense magazine, a monthly publication of DRI. Mr. Willman and Ms. Pozzo collaborated with Thomas Hurney and Rodney Stieger of Jackson Kelly, PLLC in Charleston, WV on the article which provides suggestions and strategies for defending claims asserting negligence in granting staff privileges against hospitals and other health care entities.
