Norbert J.J. Glassl
GENERAL TRIAL LITIGATION
Norbert Glassl is a Principal in the General Trial Litigation group at Moser & Marsalek, P.C. Prior to joining the firm in 2007, Mr. Glassl was a founding partner of the law firm of Kasten, Green, Glassl & Welch, LLP in O’Fallon, Illinois. Mr. Glassl represents a wide range of individual and business clients, focusing his practice on helping those clients resolve disputes through negotiation, mediation, arbitration and litigation. Mr. Glassl has represented clients in state, federal, and appellate courts in Missouri and Illinois in disputes concerning general business and contracting issues; real estate transactions, construction and development, mechanics' liens, and mortgage foreclosures; will contests and guardianships, and recently obtained a unanimous Missouri Supreme Court ruling reaffirming construction contractor rights when collecting amounts owed.
Mr. Glassl also advises businesses and individuals on real estate, general business and employment issues, including negotiating, drafting and reviewing various contracts. In addition, Mr. Glassl has a rapidly expanding family law practice representing clients in divorce, custody and support matters.
