Morgan C. Murphy

Morgan Murphy is an associate in Moser & Marsalek, P.C. Medical & Health Care Liability practice group.  She concentrates her practice in medical malpractice defense.  Before joining Moser, Morgan worked for legal aid organizations defending workers' rights and helping individuals who faced foreclosure apply for HAMP modifications.  She also worked at Washington University's Civil Justice Clinic, where she advocated for both children and parents in the St. Louis County Family Court.

Ms. Murphy holds a bachelor's degree from DePauw University.  She received a Juris Doctorate from Washington University School of Law.
