David L. Zwart, Sr. is the founder of Moser & Marsalek, P.C. Business, Estate, Tax Department. The BE&T Group concentrates it’s practice in the areas of general business, tax planning and representation in both estate and income tax areas, probate and real estate. The Group specializes in a wide range of business and individual issues, matters and problems.
Mr. Zwart's background is well suited for this type of practice. He is a licensed certified public accountant, has received a Masters of Law in Taxation from New York University and is a licensed real estate broker. He has served on various corporate boards, as well as charitable organizations and local government.
He is the author of "Dollar Sense for Today's Woman". This book has been distributed by a leading St. Louis trust company and used as a textbook by various Universities.
Mr. Zwart has been involved in successful estate planning for multimillion dollar estates. He has represented individuals and corporations in a wide range of income tax matters. He has represented both buyers and sellers in the purchase and sales of many businesses, including sole proprietorships, partnerships, joint ventures and limited liability companies. He has also represented both landlords and tenants in leasing and selling real estate.
