Andrew S. Eastman
Andrew S. Eastman concentrates his practice in civil defense litigation, primarily defending against claims of medical malpractice and physician liability as a member of the firm’s Medical & Health Care Litigation practice group. Before joining Moser & Marsalek as an attorney, Mr. Eastman worked as a law clerk with the firm, and also as a summer clerk to The Honorable Mary Ann Medler, Chief Magistrate Judge for the Eastern District of Missouri.
Mr. Eastman holds a law degree (with a concentration in civil litigation) from the Saint Louis University School of Law and an undergraduate degree from Dartmouth College. During law school, he competed regionally with the School of Law’s trial advocacy team and was a founding member of both The 1843 Reporter, a law student publication, and The Honorable Theodore McMillian Chapter of the American Inns of Court, the first chapter of the American Inns of Court organization established in Saint Louis.
Mr. Eastman is actively involved with High Rise Academy, an organization which provides free college counseling services to students at under-funded high schools, and serves as Scholarship Chair to the Dartmouth Club of Saint Louis.
